Safeguarding
Your STRK account is an e-money account, not a bank account. Your funds are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).
Instead, your money is protected via safeguarding. Your funds are held in specially designated, safeguarded bank accounts, which keep them separate from our other assets. This means that in the event of insolvency, your funds are ring-fenced and available for return to you.
This is different from a bank deposit. Make sure you understand the distinction.
